OUR WORKSHOP
From data to piece
Each chessboard goes through 6 meticulous steps in our workshop. A rigorous process to guarantee irreproachable quality.
3D Modeling
Each piece is first designed on software by our designers. We work on the geometry, proportions and details until we obtain a perfect render before a single gram of resin.
Resin Printing
Our UV resin printers print at a resolution of 19 to 35 microns. Each layer is solidified by UV to capture the finest details — filaments, reliefs, expressions.
Post-Processing
Pieces come out of the printer with support. We clean them with isopropyl alcohol, remove supports by hand, then sand progressively to obtain a smooth, matte surface.
Artisan Painting
Each piece is hand-painted with premium acrylic paints. Primer, base color, shadows, gold or silver highlights — multiple layers for a result worthy of miniature painting.
Felt Application
The base of each piece receives a custom-cut felt, glued by hand. It protects your chessboard and gives each piece a silent glide and a premium feel.
Quality Control
Before shipping, each piece is individually inspected. Geometry, paint, stability, felt — nothing escapes our control. Only perfect pieces leave the workshop.

We answer your questions
Our pieces are printed in UV resin between 19 and 35 microns resolution depending on the model. This precision allows us to capture details impossible to achieve with other manufacturing processes.
Production of a complete set takes between 10 and 20 business days depending on the collection and options chosen. Each piece is individually printed, post-processed and hand-painted.
Yes. We use professional acrylic paints sealed with a satin or matte protective varnish. The pieces withstand regular use. However, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
Our pieces are printed at full density with high-resistance resin. They are much more solid than PLA or standard fragile resin. Accidental drops will not cause breakage under normal conditions of use.
Absolutely. We offer color options (bronze/gold, silver, matte black, etc.) on most of our collections. For fully customized finishes, contact us via our Private Order section.
We accept returns within 14 days in case of defective or non-conforming product. Custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for standard return. Contact our customer service for any request.
Our pieces are sold separately or in complete sets depending on the products. Complete sets include all 32 pieces. Chessboards can be ordered separately or as a package with the pieces.
